1. Identify the disk which we want to convert
2. Identify the raw disk which we are going to point this VMDK.(in this example we are using iscsi target). We need to copy naa id
3. Convert vmdk using vmkfstools command. This will create new vmdk pointer to rdm file
4. Remove existing vmdk file and map new RDM to the vm
