Hi everyone, welcome to this latest edition of the VMware TAM newsletter. Over the past few week's there have been a number of products that have received upgrades. I wanted to provide you with some further detail which I hope will assist you when you choose to upgrade your existing editions. As a TAM, assisting my customers with upgrade knowledge, and potentially pre-emptive SRs is part of our service and provides an easier to manage upgrade process. If you haven't already done so, let your TAM know when you are going to upgrade so they are able to provide you with all the support you may need.
