Visit the VMware R&D Engineering Booth at VMUG and more!
What started as a VMware CTO Ambassador Program VMUG pilot in Kansas City in 2015, with two R&D Engineers, has now grown into a Global VMUG R&D Engineer initiative. By the end of 2015, we had R&D engineering booths at 4 VMUG SuperCons.
By the end of 2016, R&D Engineers have attended 14 additional Supercon’s (vMUGs with greater than 10,000+ VMUG Global Communities) around the globe (UK, Netherlands, Toronto, India, Singapore – expanding to Norway, China and Nepal in 2017). To date, at least 50 R&D Engineers have benefitted from staffing the booth and this has morphed into other VMUG roundtables and birds of a feather luncheons.
