- Download Simulator (Simulate ONTAP 8.2 for VMware ESX – 7Mode)
- http://support.netapp.com/NOW/download/tools/simulator/ontap/8.X/
- Unzip the VM along with license file (VSIM Licenses: 8.2 licenses 7-Mode)
- Upload the VM to the Datastore and Register VM to Inventory and then Power ON the VM and proceed with Configuration
