From the editors virtual desk
Hi everyone and welcome to the latest edition of the VMware Newsletter. A number of people have been asking me how I compile the newsletter and I thought it would be a good idea to explain.
The newsletter is designed first and foremost to be a digest of the weekly news from a number of VMware sources. These are sources that I have selected over the past few years and I try and ensure that I keep these relevant. The first section is all about local information, events and training. Then the blogs that I follow are summarised with links for the past week. These are blogs from official VMware sources and not from external sources. The next section is from external sources and this is where I use my discretion in terms of who and what content gets in. This can be a bit of a difficult one but I try and keep it as open and unbiased as possible. Finally a link or the actual weekly KB articles are listed.
So as you can see this is a very simple process and allows for a very concise, summarised weekly view of the VMware world and what is going on.
I am always on the lookout for new blogs so please feel free to send me any suggestion and I will do my best to include them in upcoming newsletters.
I wish you a very successful week and look forward to speaking to you again next week.
Virtually Yours
