VCO Appliance -5.5.0.0 Build 1282845 – Login Issue Error message "org.spring.framework.remoting.RemoteAcessException" This error may occurs for 2 reasons 1. When local disk is full with Logs files 2. Networking" tab was set to 0.0.0.0 1. To clear logs On VCO configurator page: Stop VCO service. Navigate to Troubleshooting tab and click "Clean Directories" to clear the temporary files. Start VCO service. (We were then able to reach: 8281 and login to the VCO client. 2. Networking" tab was set to 0.0.0.0 On VCO configurator page: Go to Networking tab Change the vCO IP address, Run the plugins Restart the VCO service The above mentioned steps will resolve the VCO login issues.
