Greeting from New York City. Yes this week I am traveling and the newsletter is brought to you from the wonderful New York City instead of it’s usual home in San Francisco. This week we have a very informative posting by our Senior TAM Services Development Manager, Eric Crossley. As part of the VMware Technical Account Manager program there are a number of deliverables that we provide our customers. One of these is the collection and presentation of customer metrics. Eric provides an explanation of these in his blog post.

The goal is to gather a range of specific data, including infrastructure configuration, types of hosts, and core virtualization achievements, among many others. [Read more…]

Enjoy your week everyone and I look forward to bringing you more VMware news next week.
