I belong to the CirroCumulus138 team. I was randomly assigned to this team when I joined. I would like to establish contacts with my team mates, and get them working toward our common goal. However, I have been unable to establish communication, and to date have been able to complete just one team task. Hope this changes soon, since I am leaving the team task points on the table 
In hindsight, I probably should have formed my own team, but all the persons I knew were in teams that were completely full. In case you are in a good Cloud Cred team, kindly let me know how you are doing.
On another note, I would like to mention a great class that I took. This was a class on ITIL methodologies, conducted by a private instructor contracted by a professional group that I belong to. During the course of a weekend, the instructor covered many of the concepts, solidified the terminology, and cut through the jargon to enable us to easily pass the examination. This was true for those in the group with a minimal IT background as well.
