FROM THE EDITORS VIRTUAL DESK
Hi everyone, I have had a great few days with my new Horizon View environment. While not 100% complete I have most everything hooked up as required and working as advertised. I have found most of the setup to be fairly straightforward and that it does pay to read the documentation which I do tend to avoid usually to my detriment. I really like the reviewers guides which I often follow first when using new technology in my lab and recommend this as a simple way to get acquainted with a new solution very quickly.
I have a few items I wish to enhance, namely changing to root certificates from the current self signed as well as implementing a more flexible edge firewall for both Horizon Workspace and View as I am limited in my home lab by a fairly low end router and dynamic IP.
Enjoy this weeks newsletter everyone, more on this and my progress next week.
Kind Regards
Neil Isserow

Sometimes, however, clouds can also be hard to work with. Her great examples got me thinking…
